Ethics: the only way to responsible entrepreneurship

Far from the caricatures of the all-powerful executive imbued with power and certainty, manipulating employees and stakeholders in his or her own interests, the vision of the ethical company is gaining ground in the economy, spurred on by the younger generation.

In practice, an ethical company is a structure whose decision-making, economic strategy and communication are carried out with respect for the environment, people and justice. More generally, the company must have a positive impact on society and the environment.

Because being an entrepreneur doesn't make you any less human, and that's just as well! A sense of enterprise means accepting doubts, dialogue and opposition, which are always fruitful. It also means accepting time as a friend, reconsidering the concept of success and giving meaning to a company in perpetual motion. Here, too, the ethical questioning of the manager is a common thread running throughout the company's life cycle.
