Annabelle Thieffine advises and litigates on behalf of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs' funds and investment funds, in connection with takeovers, fund-raising and joint ventures, in both growth and restructuring contexts.

Annabelle has significant experience of complex and/or international partnership contracts.

She also regularly works on behalf of founders and minority shareholders to help set up management packages, LMBOs and capital exits.

In the event of disputes between partners, we can help organize liquidity or implement sustainable governance solutions.

Career path

Annabelle Thieffine set up her own firm in 2008 and developed an M&A practice within group structures, after having worked at White & Case from 2001 to 2008 in the Corporate & Project Finance departments.

She also created and managed a profit center within the Thompson Group, which she joined from 1997 to 2000, after gaining experience in international securitization with Clifford Chance, London, in 1996, and in restructuring with Gide, in 1995.
